You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return your item this way. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Anderson Bros. Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that if you purchased your item(s) online, the original shipping and credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded.

Full priced items in original condition and packaging are eligible for return for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that discounted or customized items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return. Any ring purchased online that is not a size 6 (our in-store sample size) will be placed as a custom order and thus not eligible for return.
Other instances we may not be able to offer a refund include but are not limited to: items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return etc.
